Each client is unique and coming to know these reasons is central to success in therapy. The key to my approach, then, is listening carefully. It is through listening that I come to know who my clients are, what concerns they have, what strengths, fears, and hopes are theirs. As we work together, hopefully they will have an experience of being understood. This approach creates the possibility of the client becoming more self-reflective, and having a greater sense of empowerment, freedom and vitality.
