My goal as a therapist is to facilitate the process of self awareness while providing an empathetic, positive, and enthusiastic approach to your growth and change. My technique has been effective when working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families who have struggled with life transitions, relational discord, loss, adolescent defiance, and divorce adjustment for children and adults. In addition, I specialize in consultations in parenting skills and premarital counseling.
